“Going Green” with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint®

One of my favorite colors of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® is Antibes Green…it’s cheerful and fun! I think Antibes is best utilized when combined with a mixture of Clear Wax and Dark Wax. Here’s an old headboard that I breathed new life into for my design studio.

1) I painted the headboard with Antibes Green, using Arles for the yellow accents.

2) I then applied Clear Wax and Dark Wax to taste

3) This process was repeated on a small accent piece to accompany the bed.

4) Add some colorful pillows and you have a bold, crisp look!
